Rosie Staes Promoted to Principal

Cross Creek is excited to announce Rosie Staes has been promoted to Principal. We are proud to recognize her hard work and accomplishments through this promotion.

Rosie joined Cross Creek in 2017 as the firm's first full-time Associate. As an Associate, Rosie assisted in company and fund sourcing and diligence and has been instrumental in the diligence for portfolio companies including Carrum Health, and Evidation as well as many fund investments. Rosie also manages Cross Creek’s student intern program. In her role as a Principal, she will continue to focus on due diligence and sourcing of private companies and venture funds. Rosie is interested in companies and funds across many sectors but is especially interested in digital health and consumer companies.

Prior to Cross Creek, Rosie held an operating role at Owlet, a digital healthcare company, where she primarily focused on forecasting, supply chain, and sourcing. Rosie started her career at Goldman Sachs, where she spent three years as an equity research analyst covering consumer companies.
